Donations
Donations of all sizes are gratefully received. If you would like to made a contribution, please send your cheques made payable to OTLEY AND DISTRICT GROUP RDA to our treasurer, Jean Lupton at 36 Arran Drive, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 5SW.
Please don’t forget to print and fill in a Gift Aid form (below) and send it to us with your cheque. The Gift Aid scheme allows us to reclaim an extra 25% in tax on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer, at no cost to you! If you would prefer to have a copy sent to you by post, please let us know us your address.

ALL the donations we receive go towards providing riding experiences and we have virtually no administrative costs.
Your donation will go towards :
- running group riding or carriage driving lessons for disabled persons
- specialised equipment, such as safety stirrups, special saddles, riding hats and boots
- courses for riders, carriage drivers, instructors and helpers
- securing riding venues such as indoor and outdoor schools
- maintaining the horses
- supporting the riders at competitions and events
Fundraising
RDA Otley & District Group is a registered charity and we are always in need of funds to maintain and further our excellent quality of care and service. The majority of our funding comes from donations and the rest comes from our various fundraising initiatives such as awareness stalls at fairs and events, such as The Great Yorkshire Show, raffles and organising social events as well as others.
If you are able to help us raise funds, whether it be by having one of our collection tins at work, participating in a sponsored event such as 10k runs, or organise an event please get in touch! We would love to hear from you.
